Mrs. Leland Dickey, Of Sims, Dies At Hospital; Rites Set

Mrs. Wilma Eunice Dickey, 69, of rural Sims, died at 2:29 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, 1994, at the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.     Mrs. Dickey had a heart condition.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday from the Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City, with Rev. Larry Lowrey officiating.  Interment will be in Thomason Cemetery, Wayne City. Visitation at Richardson's will be after 6 p.m. Wednesday.

She was born in Wayne County Mar. 1, 1925, the daughter of Frank and Edith Bratcher Windland.  On Aug. 16, 1942, she was married to Leland Dickey.  Mrs. Dickey was a member of the Arrington Prairie
Missionary Baptist Church north of Sims.

Preceding her in death was one son.

Surviving are her husband; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Windland, Rt. 1, Fairfield; two sons, Ronnie Dickey, of Kinmundy; and Jerry Dickey, of Wayne City; three daughters, Janice Hutchcraft, of Fairfield; Teresa Rich, of Wayne City; and Angie Greenwalt, of Woodlawn; 10 grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; and
one sister, Doris Caldwell, of Decatur.
