Mrs. Zelma A. Ellis, 89, of Cisne, died at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 1994, at Clarkston Court in that community.     She was a housewife.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne, with interment in Cisne Cemetery.  Visitation will be conducted from 6 to 8 o'clock Monday evening (tonight) at the Hosselton Funeral Home.

She was born at Cisne Mar. 8, 1905, the daughter of Francis and Lulie Howe Wood.  On Oct. 7, 1922, she was married to Sanford Ellis. He passed away Nov. 4, 1990.  Also preceding her in death were her parents, one son, one grandson and one sister.     Mrs. Ellis was a member of the Cisne Christian Church.

Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ralph (Irene) Kelly, of Robinson; one granddaughter, Mrs. Thomas (Bleneva) Owen, of Mountain Home, Ark.; one great- grandson, Steve Liston, of Kingsport, Tenn.; 7 stepgreat-grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren; three nieces, including Mrs. Marie Kessel, of Cisne; and several nephews.
