Mrs. Bernice Washburn Hubble, 75, of Lincoln, Ne., died Thursday, Sept. 29, 1994, at a hospital in that city.  She had been hospitalized a week.

Mrs. Hubble was a Fairfield resident back in the 1950s and early 1960s. Her husband, the late Dr. Kenneth
Hubble, was a well-known Fairfield Physician for a number of years.   Mrs. Sam (Wanda) Puckett here is a sister-in-law of Mrs. Hubble.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home in Lincoln, Ne., with Father Mark Huber officiating. Interment was in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was the daughter of Reuben and Esther Farrington Washburn.  Mrs. Hubble was a long time resident of Lincoln, Ne. and a member of the Cathedral of the Risen Christ Catholic Church.

Memorials may be made to the Heartland Home Health
Hospice.

Surviving are two sons, Hugh Hubble, of Newland, N.C., and Patrick Hubble, of Vancouver, Wash.; two daughters, Kathy Slusher, of Augusta, Ga.; and Christine Hubble, of Lincoln, Ne.; a brother, Maurice Washburn, of San Antonio, Tex.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nephews.
