The wife of a well-know former Fairfield resident, James O'Malley, died Monday, Aug. 12, 1985, at her home in Urbana. She had been in declining health for an extended period.

Mrs. O'Malley was at one time a member of the faculty at Fairfield High School.  She was a sister-in-law of Lena Shinabarger, Mary Walters and Myrtle Miles, of the Fairfield area.

Funeral services were held Thursday (today) in Urbana with burial in that city.

She is survived by her husband, James O'Malley, a son and daughter, Tim and Kathy; and four grandchildren, all of the Urbana area.
