Mrs. Lillian Duckworth, 78 long time Mill Shoals resident, died at 10:37 Tuesday morning at her home  there.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Elledge Funeral Home chapel in Mill Shoals by Rev. Rufus Gerkin. Burial followed in the Antioch cemetery at Mill Shoals.

Mrs. Duckworth was born in Illinois on January 5, 1907, the daughter of James and Cloe Lankford Barnett.  She was married to Otis Duckworth June 30, 1928.  She was a member of the Ashland Christian Church.

She is Survived by her husband; one daughter, Betty (Doug) Hunsinger, of Burnt Prairie; and two grandchildren.
