A native of Wayne county, Mrs. Eva E. Cook, 65, of Bloomington died at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday at Bloomington Manor Nursing Home where she had  resided for about six months.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Beck Memorial Funeral Home in Bloomington.  Graveside services will be held at 4 p m at Jacobs Chapel
Cemetery in Orchard township.

Mrs. Cook was born in Wayne county Feb. 20, 1920, the daughter of Thomas J. and Anna F. Clark Miller. She was reared by foster parents, Lou and Lizzie Gregory.   She was married to Roy L. Cook Oct. 31, 1936, in Wayne county.  He died June 26, 1979.

Surviving are two sons, LaDaun (Don) Cook, of Normal; and Jerry Cook, of Streator; one daughter, Judy Cook, of Fullerton, Calif., one brother, Russell Miller, Longview, Wash.; one sister Juanita (Mrs. Albert) Fleming, Fairfield; and five grandchildren.

One daughter, one sister and her parents preceded her in death.
