The Press has received word of the death of Mrs. George Bosomworth, 78, of St. Elmo the mother of Mrs. Lucille Freer, of Fairfield.  Mrs. Bosomworth died Monday night at St. Anthony's Hospital at Effingham where she had been a patient for about three weeks.

Funeral services were held Thursday (today) at the Mayes Funeral Home, of St. Elmo.  Survivors include two daughters. Mrs. Lucille Freer, of Fairfield; and Miss Bernice Bosomworth, of St. Elmo.
