Clifford Durley, 81, a retired Belleville oilwell supply salesman, died at 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, 1983, at the Weir Nursing Home in Belleville.   Mr. Durley is the brother-in-law of Mrs. Sherman (Viola) Jackson, of Fairfield.

Graveside funeral services were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Maple Hill Cemetery with Bro. Carroll Kakac officiating.  Funeral arrangements were handled by the Nale's Funeral Home.

Mr. Durley was born in Albion Oct. 21, 1901, the son of William and Edith Durley. He was married to the former Edna Rayburn.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Durley, of Belleville; three sisters, Mrs. Gladythe Peters, Mrs. Helen Bushong, and Mrs. Wilma McCabe, all of Belleville; two brothers, Frank Durley, of Belleville and Jack Durley, of Chicago.
