Guy W. Summa, of Anderson, Ind., a resident of Mill Shoals years ago, died July 13, according to word received here.     Mr. Summa was born in Medora, Ind., Jan. 27, 1908, the son of Andrew K. and Rosa Summa. The family moved to Mill Shoals in 1910 and he attended the Mill Shoals schools.

Surviving are three brothers, Floyd, of California; Jannings, of Alexandria, Ind.; Ray, of Anderson, Ind.; two sisters,  Alma Harpster, of Washington, D. C.; Inez Belangee, of Anderson, Ind.
