Mrs. Inez Surena Johnson, 92 a Mt. Erie native, died at her home in Albion last Thursday.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday at Ingram's Funeral Home in Albion, with Rev. Donald Frantz officiating. Burial was in McKendree Cemetery, Mt. Erie.

She was born in Mt Erie Dec. 23, 1899, the daughter of John and Emma Cora (Best) Andrews.  She was married to Ray Johnson Sept. 28, 1913, in Mt. Erie. He preceded her in death Nov. 18, 1968. They had celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.   Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Mt. Erie United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Lola) Keyser, of Spring Valley; one sister, Ula Daubs, of Olney; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
