DIED at Cairo, Ills, on Wednesday evening the 11th inst., of congestion of the lungs, Captain W. M. Cooper M. D., of Company G, 18th, Illinois Volunteers, aged 25 years and 4 months.

The deceased was conveyed to his final resting place under the supervision of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. On return to their Hall, the Lodge appointed a Committee to draft resolutions expressive of their sympathies....
