FRANCIS M. MURPHY was born Oct 23, 1846 near Fairfield, Ill, and died Feb. 14, 1891.  He was united
in marriage to Catherine C. Davis Jan 21 1866 and unto them were 12 children born, 11 of whom survive him.

Francis Marion Murphy was not a man to be lightly forgotten.
