Affadavits at Inquest of EMILY AGNES HEADLEY:
H.D.WEBBER, 50; Fairfield being duly sworn said:
"I was in attendance last evening at the Pentecostal Church in Fairfield.  The services had closed and several of the women were praying near the altar.  I saw MRS. HEADLEY turn from the group of women and walk to the other side of the house.  She sat down on a seat and rested her head on her arm on the back of the seat.  In a minnute or so she slumped forward between the seats.  Several of the ladies present rushed to her aid but she was apparently dead when they reached her.  I came uptown and got DR. HILLIARD.  The doctor pronounced her dead upon his arrival."

Charlie BAIN, 49, Fairfield:
"I agree with the testimony given by MR. WEBBER.  It is correct in every way."

Charles P. SHAW, 41, Golden Gate, R.F.D. Farmer and School Teacher:
"I was present at the church service as testified by MR. WEBBER.  There was no unusual emotion expressed at the sevice in any way.  I agree with the testimony of MR. WEBBER and believe it to be correct and true."

Emma SHAW, 40; Golden Gate; R.F.D; Housewife:
"I am the wife of CHARLES P. SHAW.  I was present at the church seice and saw MRS. HEADLEY fall from her sest, as soon as I got to her I realized that she had been stricken with death.  I agree with the testimony that has been given.  It is true and correct."

Claude HEADLEY, 48; Fairfield; Laborer:
"I am the husband of the deceased.  About three years ago she suffered a heart attack and was treated by DR. HILLIARD.  She apparently made a complete recovery however at timesw she complained of  hurting in her head, hot flashes, and dizziness.  She had not complained of any illness recently excepting a severe headache.  She lost a brother last October in the same way that she passed  away."
