Looking for any info. on Wilson BUTLER who m. Elizabeth THOMASSON HALEY.  Elizabeth was previously m. to Barney HALEY and had children Cassandra, Tom, Betty who m. a HUTCHINSON.  Elizabeth then m. Wilson BUTLER who was suppose to be a doctor and had offices in Mayberry and Garrison, they had 2 children Doc BUTLER and Hellen BUTLER who m. Ezekiel HUNSINGER.  Any info. on any of these families, I would love to share (also researching Archibald TROTTER, father of Ebenezer).

I am looking for the descendants of John Otho WOOD.  He had 11 children in Wayne Co., IL, surely there are numerous family members probably still in Wayne Co.  John Otho WOOD was b. 1839.  His parents were William Henry WOOD and Emily KING.  John Otho m. Winnie ASBERRRY whose father was Benjamin ASBERRRY who I think was from Perry Co., IL, formally from Clinton Co., KY.  The WOOD family came to IL about 1825 from Edmonson/Warren Co., KY.  The uncles of William Henry (his father was Henry WOOD) were Charles, Thomas, and Alfred WOOD.  Does any of this info.

I am searching for info. on the Otho WOOD family who settled in the Fairfield area in the 1820's.  Otho was m. to Lucy SHACKELFORD and they were from the Mammoth Cave/Brownsville, KY area.  By the 1830 census Otho WOOD lived near Charles WOOD, Moses WOOD, Thomas WOOD, probably his brothers.  Otho's son was William Henry WOOD who m. Emily KING.  Their son was John Otho WOOD, b. 1839 near Fairfield.  Do these names sound familiar to anyone?
