My grandfather, Vern ZIMMERMAN, has become a dead end for me.  I had requested a death certificate for him and they stated no record.  He should have d. abt 1943.  He was suppose to be b. 1877 in Wayne Co., IL.  If anyone can check for a birth cerificate or death certificate, I would greatly appreciate it.  Also looking for any suggestions.  I have spoken to my dad, but he doesn't remember much of him.
