Mildred Freeman is being honored as Way-Fair's July Resident of the Month.   She was born March 20, 1907 in Griffin, Ind.  Her parents were Fred and#Clella Hale Kern.  She has one sister, Grace Kern Martin of Poseyville, Ind.

Mildred grew up and attended school in Griffin.  She married Ralph Freeman on Dec. 7, 1927.  He is deceased.   They have three children, Ralph Jr., of New Harmony Ind., Elwood of Fairfield and Carolyn Garris of Poseyville, Ind.
