Verl and Dorothy Shreve, of Route 2, Wayne City, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 22.

No special celebration for the occasion has been made, since a family dinner was held for them in June when all the children were home. However they would appreciate receiving cards.

Mr. and Mrs, Shreve spend the winter in Florida.

Children of the Shreves are Jim and Robert, Shirley Ross, Delbert, and John.  The couple has 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
