Kenneth Wayne and Eleanor Funkhouser of Carmi, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Apr. 20, 1996. Their daughters, Jeanna Funkhouser of Collinsnlle, and Nancy and Darrell Abby of Bedford, TX., and grandchildren Tracy and Brian Abby, are hosting a reception in their honor.

Mrs. Funkhouser is a sister to Jamea Meriwether of Fairfield.
