Stephen drove a team
and wagon from Johnson Co., In to Wayne Co., IL.
His feet froze because
this was done in the winter.But Stephen later recovered.

The 1870 census has a Anna Blackford aged 10 living
with family. I do not
see any Blackford's in the Hubbell Additions and
Revisions. Don't know
how she fits into the picture.
In 1880 Census Clarissa Miller niece age 9
and Wesley Miller nephew age 5 are living with Sullivan
and Sarah. Don't
know brother's name or sister-in-laws name.

County IN 1850 census. The above Miller may be related
to Sullivan
Hubble's wife. 1850 Census lists Sarah as born in
VA. Sullivan and Mary
are listed as not being able to read or write. in
the 1850 Census.
In 1870 Census, Sarah's age is listed as 38, only
aged 11 years in 2o
years.
In 1880 census Sarah's age is listed as 56, about
2 years less than her age
would be if she was born in 1822.
RESEARCH: Birth date is listed June 11 1822 in History
& Genealogy of
the Hubbell family. In 1900 census she lists her
birth as June 1821.
BURIAL: Buried in Zif cemetery. Inscription: Date
of birth and death with
month day and year.
BURIAL: "Mother thou has from us flown To the region
far above, We to
thee erect this stone, Consecrated by our love.
In the 1900 census she says she had 12 children and
six are still living.
Found the 12th child in the Hubbell Additions and
Revisions.
