Fred Creighton, 88, old time Jasper township farmer, died about one a.m. Wednesday (today) in the nursing home at Mt. Vernon.  The body is at Dixon & Crippin.  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ebenezer church.

Surviving are a son, George, of Jacksonville, and a daughter, Mrs. Teen Wilson, east of Fairfield.
