Wayne City--Frank Weaver, 87, a farmer, died at 12:30 a.m. Sunday at his home in Berry township.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Bailey church, conducted by the Rev. H. E/ Cpvemtru. and burial will be  -----    (E, Coventry), in Bailey cemetery.  The body will remain at the Richardson Chapel in Wayne City, where friends may call.

Mr. Weaver was born in  Wayne County April 14. 1868, the  ------------- (son of David and Naoma (Spicer) Weaver).  He was married to Lilly  Church, who died April 10 this year.

Surviving are three sons, Owen and Herb of Johnsonville, Ill.  and Harold of Abilene, Texas;  four daughters, Mrs. Claudine Legg andMrs. Naoma Petticord of Wayne City, Mrs Corinne McKitrick of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Nell Bennett of Hawthorne, Cal; 33 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; one brother, Odore Weaver of Cisne; and two sisters, Cynthia Tibbs and Nettie Galbreath of Glendale, Calif.  One daughter, Gladys, preceded him in death.
