Robert Stull, 58,
Of Ransom, Dies
At Streator Hospital

Robert G. Stull, 58, of Ransom, Ill., died at 9: 45 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 1994 at St. Mary's Hospital in Streator.  He was a former Wayne County boy. His death was due to a blood clot in the_heart. Mr. Stull was a nephew of Mable Anderson and Lucille Brown here and Faye Norwalk, of Johnsonville.

He was employed with the Glenn McCann Company at Ransom for 28 years.

Mr. Stull was a certified emergency medical technician with the Allen Township Fire Department where he served as chief for several years.

Funeral rites were held Friday morning from the Ransom United Methodist Church, with Rev. David Bigley officiating. Interment was in Allen Township Cemetery. The Hagi Funeral Home in Streator was in charge of arrangements.

He was born in St. Louis, Mo. Mar. 5, 1936, the son of Russell and Opal Draper Stull. His parents resided in Wayne County for a time and Mr. Stull attended the Merriam Grade School. He was married to Leona Richards in Morris on Sept. 8, 1957.

He was a member of the Ransom United Methodist Church and the Teamsters Union.

Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Lisa Ellen Stull, of Seneca; three sons, Robert Brent Stull, of Streator; David Edwin Stull, of Ransom; and Mark Raymond Stull, of Hurst, Tex.; five grandchildren; his parents, of Ransom; two brothers Charles Stull, of Streator; and Steven Stull, of Ottawa; and one sister, Mrs.  William (Beverly) Catlin, of Palatine.
