OBITUARY

 Dies in Centralia Hospital Wednesday

Mrs. Elizabeth Meyers-Stallings, well-known Fairfield woman died in the St. Mary’s hospital in Centralia Wednesday and the remains were brought here by the Dixon-Crippin funeral car, and taken to the home where it lay until the hour of the funeral.

Mrs. Stallings had been in declining health for the past several years and was only taken to the hospital a few days ago. She was the widow of the late W.A. Stallings during his life time, a well-known real estate dealer. Since the death of Mr. Stallings she has lived at her home on 509 West Douglas street. She has been a devoted member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church for a number of years.

The funeral arrangement have not been completed, as we go to press.
