LESLIE FLURER

CHENOA.-(PNS)- Leslie Flurer, 63, died Friday at his home in Eppards township after an illness of five weeks.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Chenoa Methodist church with the Rev. Wunch of Pontiac officiating. Burial will be in the Chenoa cemetery.

He was born May 28, 1882, near Chenoa, son of George and Mary Louise Flurer. He married Lena Parsons Feb. 23, 1910.

Surviving are the wife, three sons, Charles of Chenoa; Herbert of Gridley, and Pvt. Dale  in Hawaii; one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Schultz of Pontiac; one sister, Ida Flurer of Chenoa; five grandchildren.

He was a farmer and had lived in this community 32 years. He was a member of the Methodist church.
