Keith Township Farmer
William Laughlin, 67, Dies

William Wayne Laughlin, 67, a well-known Keith township farmer from the Rinard area, died unexpectedly at 9 p.m. Sunday at the Lake Wales Hospital in Florida.

Mr. Laughlin had been vacationing for the past several months at Lake Wales.

Rites Friday

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Hosselton's Funeral Home in Cisne with Bro. Bernard Wingo officiating.  Burial will be in Johnsonville cemetery.

Visitation will be conducted from 4-9 p.m. Thursday at the Hosselton Funeral Home.

He was born in Wayne County Oct. 8, 1914, the son of E. A. and Rhoda (Anderson) Laughlin.  Mr. Laughlin was educated in Wayne county.

Mr. Laughlin was wed to the former Wilma Towns Oct. 19, 1935.  They had celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

He was a member of the First Church of God, of Flora and the Masonic Lodge, of Cisne.

Survivors include his widow, two sons, William Eugene and George Laughlin, three daughters, Mrs. Rosie Bonan, Mrs. Eunice M. Golden,  and Mrs. Betty Ann Colclasure,  one sister, Mrs. Rosellen Stark, three brothers, Estes,  Lowell and Orin Laughlin,  16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
