Mrs. Billie G. Inskeep, 80, of this city, died at 6:25 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 1997, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Inskeep had been in declining health the past three or four years. Worked At Coop A longtime resident here, she worked a number of years at the Wayne-White Counties Electric Coop office and before that, at the Dr. Kenneth Hubble Medical office.

Funeral rites will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Johnson Funeral Home, with Bro. Carroll Kakac officiating. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. A visitation is planned at the Johnson Chapel from 6 to 8 Monday evening (tonight).

She was born in Wayne County Oct. 26, 1916, the daughter of Eugene and Anna Holcomb Wilson. She was married to William (Bill) Inskeep. He preceded her in death Mar. 5, 1984. Mrs. Inskeep was a longtime member of Fairfield First Christian Church.
