Lieuna Henson, 87
Retired Wayne City Farmer, Dies

Lieuna Henson 87, of Wayne City,  died at 6 a.m. Sunday, Aug 22, 1993, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

He was a retired farmer.

Rites Tuesday
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday from the Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City, with  Rev. George Musgrave officiating. Interment will be in Bailey Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 o'clock Monday evening (tonight) at the Richardson Chapel.

Mr Henson was born in Wayne County June 19, 1906, the son of Lorin and Rhoda Ray Henson.

On Dec. 29, 1930, he was married to Clara Barnard.

He was a member of the Arrington Prairie Church.

The Surviviors

Surviving are his wife; his stepmother, Dorothy Henson Reed,;  a stepson, Ivan Butcher; two daughters, Mrs.  John (Betty) Knauss and Mrs. Dale (Nola) Loker; 13 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren. 21 great-grandchildren' one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Homer Henson and a stepsister, Bernice Hooper.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, two sisters & one brother.
