p. 65     "  9 August 1876  TURNEY, Vashti Mobley, widow of the late Dr. Daniel TURNEY of Wayne County, IL, died at home of her son, Hon. L. Jay S. Turney, near Edgewod, ffingham County, 14 July 1876.  She was the daughter of Isaiah Mobley, Esq, who was of Welsh  decent and died in Fairfield, SC near Charleston.  She was married 27 Oct 1818 at Bowling Green, KY.  She had 5 sons and a dau.  TGC Davis"
