Hemorrhage Fatal To
Sarah Olive Dunn

Mrs. Sarah Olive Dunn, 69, wife of Isaac M. Dunn, died at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday in the family home near Faries Park. She had been in failing health for a long time, but her condition had been critical only two days. Cerebral hemorrhage was the cause of her death. Mrs. Dunn's maiden name was Sarah Olive Atterberry.

She was born in Barnhall, July 21, 1866. She had lived in or near Decatur for the last 41 years. She was a member of the Baptist church in Barnhall. She leaves her husband and the following children: Mrs. Abbie Thomas, Taylorville; Mrs. Mattie Brown, Anderson, Ind.; Mrs. Ruth Baum,Roy and John Poe, Decatur; and Mrs. Rosa Doty of Latham, and one step-daughter, Miss Laura Poe, Decatur. There are 34 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Monson Funeral Home, but will be returned to the residence tonight and friends may call there until 11 a.m. Friday. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Monson Chapel. The burial will be in the Bethany  Cemetary.
