Mrs. Helen Cisne, 84, Dies; Was Homemaker

A Fairfield homemaker, Mrs. Helen Eliza Cisne, 84 died at 12:50 a.m. Friday, Sept. 6, 1985, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Cisne was in declining health for sometime. She was the widow of Chester Cisne, formerly living in the Keenes-Bluford area for many years.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Re-organized Church of Latter Day Saints, with Elders Dale Warren and Russell Blackford officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Vernon Memorial Garden Cemetery, Mt. Vernon. Johnson Funeral Home handled the funeral arrangements.

Mrs. Cisne was born in Wayne County, Feb. 15, 1901, the daughter of William W. and Lillie Flicker Henson. She was married many years to Chester Cisne, who preceded her in death several years ago.

Mrs Cisne was a housewife and homemaker during her marriage. She was an active member of the RLDS Church as long as her health permitted. She is survived by one brother, John Henson, of Salem, and a sister, Mrs. Othie Speagle, of Rockford.
