Emeline (WADE) Miller

was born February 11, 1837; departed this life July 12th 1914; age 77 years 5 months and 2 days. She was married to Lewis F. Williamson and to this union were born four children, one son and three daughters, all of whom are living. John F., of Johnsonville; Jennie Tyler of Wayne City; Lucy Durham of Johnsonville and
Nancy Pennington of San Fernando, Calif. All were present but the youngest daughter.

She was again married to Abraham Barr in 1880. He departed this life in 1881.  She was again married to John Wade in 1897, who has preceded her.

She processed faith in Christ n her youth and united with the Southern Methodist church.  Mother Wade was a good and faithful christian and had a smile and kind word for every one whom she met. At the time she was stricken with paralysis.

She was living with her granddaughters, Miss Lucy Williamson and Mrs. Jennie White of Cisne, but passed away at the home of her son John Williamson.

She leaves to mourne her departure, one son and 3 daughters, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted at the home of her son, by Bro. Oran H. Young after which the remains were buried in the Cates Cemetery.
