Mrs. Cally Crews Fitch, 91, of Browns, a Wayne County native, died at 12:45 p.m. Sunday, Apr. 24, 1983, at the General Baptist Nursing Home at Mt. Carmel.  Mrs Fitch was a retired retailer operator.
 
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hosselton Funeral Home, of Cisne, with Rev. J. C. Greer and Rev. John Clements officiating.  Burial will be in Brown Cemetery east of Cisne.  Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m.  Tuesday at the funeral home in Cisne.

Mrs. Fitch was born June 18, 1891, to James R. and Tabitha Young (Shelton)Crews.  She was first married to Charles Crews on June 24, 1909, in Henderson, Ky.  He preceded her in death in 1948.  She later married Ruel Fitch in Wayne county Jan 8, 1967. He preceded her in death In 1971.  Mrs. Fitch was a member of the Pleasant Hill Southern Baptist Church at Mt. Erie.

Surviving is one son, James Crews, of Mt. Carrnel; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 14 brothers and sisters; and one grandson.
