William Simonin, 42, of Flora, died at 2:28 a.m. Wednesday, Apr. 20, 1983, at the Flora Nursing Center.

Mr. Simonin was employed as a masonry worker with Kenneth Jamison and Sons, of Brighton.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the H0sselton Funeral Home, of Cisne, with Rev. Ray Phillips officiating. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery South of Johnsonville. Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursday (today) at the funeral home.

Mr. Simonin was born in Alton Apr. 27, 1940, to Lloyd and Juanita (Crocker) Simonin.      He was married to Jeanette Milner in Wayne City Nov. 3, 1973.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Simonin, of Flora; his; mother, Mrs. Juanita Harmon, of East Alton; two daughters, Crystal and Valerie Simonin, at home; one sister, Barbara Simonin, of Alton; one brother, Howard Simonin, of Louisville; one half-brother, Richard Meredith, of East Alton; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, one brother and his father.
