Mrs. Mabel Musgrave, 96, Dies At Way-Fair Restorium

Mrs. Mabel Musgrave, 96, of Fairfield, died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 1994, at Way-Fair Restorium, where she had been a resident for the past three and a half years.     Mrs. Musgrave, a homemaker, died of congestive heart failure.

Funeral rites were conducted Saturday morning from Nale's Funeral Home, with pastor Bill Wood officiating. Interment was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, southeast of Fairfield. Visitation was held just prior to the services.

She was born in Jefferson County May 10, 1898, the oldest child of Oscar and Effie Phelps Pottorff.  On June 10, 1917, she was married to Walter Musgrave. He. passed away in January, 1979. Also preceding her in death were her parents, one sister and four brothers.

Mrs. Musgrave was a member of the Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Irene Fansler, of Fairfield; and Evelyn Gold, of Chesterfield, Ind.; one son Charles V. Musgrave, of Barnhill; two brothers, Harry Pottorff, of Cisne; and Robert Pottorff, of Middletown, Ind.; ten grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; two great- greatgrandchildren; four stepgreat-
greatgrandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
