Mrs. Clarissa A. Dillon, 84, of Phoenix, Ariz., a former Cisne resident, died Friday, Aug. 2, 1985, in St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center at Phoenix.      Mrs. Dillon was the widow of Elmer Dillon. She moved to Phoenix six years ago from Cisne.

Graveside funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Greenwood Memorial Park in Phoenix.

Mrs. Dillon was born in Mechanicsburg, July 29, 1901, the daughter of Merle and Anna Sparrow Withrow.   She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church at Phoenix and the Cisne American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs Thelma Thomas of Phoenix, Ariz.; two
grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one grandson, Major Kenneth D. Thomas, Jr.
