Mrs. Eunice Allen, 84, of Alexandria, Va., died Wednesday afternoon, May 1,
1996, at a hospital in that city.

She was a native of the Cisne-Mt. Erie area and an aunt of Mrs. Hazel Colclasure of Burnt Prairie.

Mrs. Allen was the daughter of Ulysses and Estella Staser Bond.  She was married to Fred Allen, a retired brigadier-general.

Memorial services are planned for Saturday in Virginia, with interment later
in Arlington National Cemetery.

Surviving are her husband; a son, Richard Forsythe, of California; a daughter, Joan Meissner, of Miami, Fla.; two step-children; a sister, Etta Bond, of Cape Coral, Fla.; and two brothers, Willis Bond, of Mishawauka, Ind.; and Kenneth Bond, of Santa Monica, Calif.
