Rural Cisne Man Dies

Harry A. Clark, 72, of rural Cisne, died at 8:35 a.m. Friday in Fairfield Memorial Hospital suffering from a malignan

Mr. Clark formerly operated a service station in Evansville, Ind. He moved to the Cisne area over 20 years ago.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hasselton-DeSelms Funeral Home in Cisne, with Rev. Richard Schmidt officiating. Burial was in the Johnsonville Cemetery.

Mr. Clark was born in Carmi Apr. 29, 1904, the son of Harry and Lucy (Morris) Clark. He was married to Inez Cariens, who survives.

He was a member of the Carmi Methodist Church.

Surviving are his widow, Inez; a son Michael, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Olen (Diane) Feather, of Wayne City, and Mrs. Eugene (Karen) Bruns, of Chesterfield, Mo.; a foster son, Thomas Wilson, at home; six grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. H. (Mary) Karner, of Seattle, Wash.

An infant brother preceded him in death.
