Mrs. Wanda Jeffers, 57, of Grayville, a housewife and former Wayne County  resident, died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday in the Olney Hospital   Mrs. Jeffers was the wife of Charles Jeffers, of Grayville.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Strum Funeral Home in Grayville with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery there.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday.

Mrs. Jeffers was born in Goldengate Feb. 13, 1919, the daughter of Everett and Nellie (Williams) Griswold.

Surviving are her husband, Charles; one daughter, Debbie, at home; her  mother, Mrs. Nellie Orr, of Grayville; her father, Everett Griswold, of  Decatur; and one brother, Earl Griswold, of Grayville; and three stepbrothers.
