Charles Davis, of Hymera, Ind., husband of a former Fairfield girl, Geanie (Hudelson), has died, according to word received here.  His wife is the daughter of Mrs. Agnes Hudelson, of Fairfield.

Mr. Davis has been ill the past two years with a heart condition and hadjust returned home from the hospital. He was found dead in bed.

Services were conducted Thursday (today) in Hymera at the Baptist Church  there.  Burial was also there.

Mr. Davis operated a grocery store in that area and had real estate  interests.  His wife was born in Fairfield and attended school here.

Surviving are three children, Herbie, Debra and Susan.
