Christine Reid and sons, Richard D. and Kenny of Fairfield; and Richard F. and Barbara Reid, Cisne were called to Los  Angeles, Calif. Monday of last week by the sudden death of their half-sister, Tina Qualls Oresz. She died Sunday night, June 9.

They left by plane for L. A. Tuesday, returning Saturday. They were taken to St. Louis Airport by Mrs. Sandy Ferguson and met upon returning by Fay and Debbie Griffith.

Mrs. Tina Oresz, 34, is survived by a daughter, Dawn; her mother, Shirli Qualls, and father, Mel Qualls, of Los Angeles; a brother, Nicolas Qualls, of Portland, Ore.; half sister, Lori Qualls of Los Angeles; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Charles O'Leary, of  Los Angeles.

Gwen and Rachel Reid stayed with a friend, Mrs. Sandy Ferguson while their parents were in Los Angeles.
