Jim Smith, 30, son of Bill and Shirley Smith of Manistee, Michigan, formerly of Fairfield was shot and killed this week in Oklahoma City, Okla. Police are investigating.

The body of Mr. Smith is being returned to Flora for burial.  Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at Bookhout-Engelmeier Funeral Home in Flora.

Mr. Smith is a grandson of Mrs. Maurice Smith of Fairfield and a nephew of Carla Foster here.
