DIED -- On Thursday, May 12th, 1870, at her husband's residence near Fairfield, Charlotte Newton, aged 39 years.  She was born in Nottingham, England.  For the past 11 years she has been a consistent Christian and leaves a husband and family of children to mourn her great loss.
